Terms and conditions
Once we receive your booking deposit for your quoted weekend, we will reserve accommodation and instructors for your chosen dates and send you a detailed itinerary with directions and kit list. We will also send you details of how to pay the remaining balance. The final balance should be paid 3 weeks before your arrival date.
Refunds
Please note that we are ABLE to refund any payments received in full if we are given notice of cancellation more than 4 weeks before your original agreed arrival date.
If a member of the party cancel 2-4 weeks before your arrival date we are UNABLE to offer a deposit refund, but it can be passed on to a new member as a deposit payment, but not as a balance payment. If full payment has been made by this point (deposit and balance), we can refund everything except the deposit.
If a member of your party cancels 0-2 weeks before your arrival date we are UNABLE to offer any refunds at all.
Health and safety
If you are suspected of having consumed alcohol before an activity then your session may be cancelled and no refund will be given.
Although staff are very safety conscious and have adequate public liability insurance, we advise that you have adequate adventure travel insurance before the trip.
In the event of unsuitable and dangerous weather conditions, your activity may have to be substituted with another fun activity, although this is generally unlikely.
Transport
You are responsible for making your own way to the activity venues unless minibus/taxi transport is included in your package.
Data protection
All data supplied is kept confidential and not passed on to any third parties.
